Common questions
Quick answers
Does the app need an internet connection?
No. After installation, all study content and practice features work offline.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Prepare for Civics has no accounts or sign-in. Your progress is stored locally on your iPhone.
Where is my progress stored?
Progress is stored only on your device. It may be included in an Apple-controlled device backup if you have backups enabled.
How do I reset or delete my progress?
Use the reset option inside the app. Deleting the app also removes its locally stored data from that device.
Is $3.99 a subscription?
No. $3.99 is a one-time App Store purchase. There is no recurring subscription.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles App Store purchases and refund requests. Use Apple’s Report a Problem service or contact Apple Support for purchase assistance.
Include your iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
